Strawberry Milkshake

A beautiful supercharged strawberry milk that can be made in less than 5 minutes. This recipe is a great way to sneak in the Changing Habits Camu Camu Powder (natural Vit C), Probiotic Powder and the Colloidal Minerals.

 1 cup frozen strawberries
 1/2 - 1 cup coconut milk or Kultured Wellness coconut yoghurt
 1/2 tsp Changing Habits Camu Camu Powder
 1-2 capfuls of Changing Habits Colloidal Minerals
 1 tsp Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
 1/2 cup ice
 1/2 cup filtered water
 Liquid stevia or raw honey to taste
 1/2 - 1 tsp Changing Habits Probiotics (You won't need this if you've used the KW coconut yoghurt)

Add all ingredients to a blender or thermomix and blitz on high for 1 minute, or until completely smooth and creamy.
