Try this nutrient packed Smoothie bowl for breaky or anytime of the day! It can be DF, GF, GrF, EF, R, P depending on your dietary needs.
Add all ingredients to a quality food processor, blender or thermomix and blitz until well combined, smooth and creamy. Add the dash of coconut water or filtered water and blend until thick and smooth.
Taste the mixture and adjust if needed.
Pour into a bowl.
Top with chosen toppings, we used chopped organic apple, fresh raspberries, chopped Changing Habits Cacao Melts and Grain Free Cinnamon Muesli
