Try this nutrient packed Smoothie bowl for breaky or anytime of the day! It can be DF, GF, GrF, EF, R, P depending on your dietary needs.

 2 large frozen bananas, chopped into pieces
 1 small frozen apple, chopped into pieces
 1 capful of Changing Habits Colloidal Minerals
 1/2 - 1 tsp Changing Habits Camu Camu Powder
 1/2 - 1 tsp Changing Habits Probiotics
 1-2 tsp Changing Habits Supreme Green Blend
 1/2 cup Kultured Wellness cultured coconut yoghurt
 2 tbsp chia seeds
 A dash or two of coconut water or filtered water If needed
 Optional Add Ins: 1 tsp vanilla powder, 1 Tbsp nut butter, A handful of baby spinach, frozen mango or other fruits, Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon

Add all ingredients to a quality food processor, blender or thermomix and blitz until well combined, smooth and creamy. Add the dash of coconut water or filtered water and blend until thick and smooth.

Taste the mixture and adjust if needed.

Pour into a bowl.
