Tandoori Spiced Cauliflower & Pulled Chilli Beef Bowl

 1kg beef with bone
 1 - 1 1/2 cups bone broth
 Changing Habits Seaweed Salt and pepper to taste
 1 tsp Changing Habits Chilli Powder
 2 tsp thyme
 1 sprig rosemary
 1 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 1 cup leafy greens (per person)
 1-2 tbsp cultured veggies (per person)
 1/2 cup leftover leftover Tandoori Spiced Roasted Cauliflower and/ or cauliflower mash (optional) (we also didn't add turmeric to our mash)

Add the beef, spices, salt, olive oil, pepper and broth to a slow cooker and cook on low for 8-9 hours.

Reheat the cauliflower puree or tandoori spiced cauliflower.

Add leafy greens to each plate and top with your cauliflower of choice.

Then place the lamb onto the greens alongside some cultured veggies

Enjoy straight away.
