In a mixing bowl, combine all the above wet ingredients (including the tablespoon of coco oil).
In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients together.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients bowl and whisk until fully combined.
Add a bit of coconut oil to a frying pan (it needs to be a good pan so the wraps don't easily stick and make it difficult to flip/ cook them) and allow it to melt all over the pan.
Heat frying pan on a medium to medium-low heat.
Pour 1/3 cup of batter into centre of pan to form about a circle.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until wrap is lightly browned on the bottom.
Flip the wrap and cook on the opposite side until golden brown.
Place wraps on a paper towel-lined plate and continue the cooking process above until all the batter has been used up.
