Yes you read it right. Cinnamon Chicken! Our staff member Natasha makes this dish on a weekly basis! "I love the sweetness the cinnamon adds to the Chicken and combined with the garlic its an uncommon flavour combination that I love" My 8 year old even loves it as its so yummy! It also tastes great the next day cold accompanying a salad.

 8 Organic chicken thighs
 Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 2 to 3 Tbsp Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon (more if you like your chicken with lots of cinnamon flavour)
 Changing Habits Black Peppercorns
 Quarter garlic clove, crushed
 Coconut oil for cooking

Lay out all the chicken thighs and sprinkle cinnamon over all the chicken thighs (I like mine with lots of cinnamon so I cover it with quite a lot).

Sprinkle over some salt and pepper and garlic and rub all ingredients quite well into the chicken.

Turn over the thighs and repeat.

Oil frying pan with some coconut oil and cook the chicken thighs on high heat to get the chicken nice and brown and the cinnamon goes a little crunchy, flip and cook until no longer pink inside.

These are really yummy done on the BBQ as the coating goes quite crunchy and adds a nice texture to the chicken.
