Thick and Creamy Hot Chocolate

 1/4 cup Soaked cashews
 1 tsp Vanilla essence
 3 cups Coconut milk
 1 tsp maca powder, optional

Place the coconut milk and cacao melts into a small saucepan and heat on low until the cacao melts have completely melted.

Now add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth, creamy and frothy. Taste the mixture and adjust the cinnamon or sweetness if desired.

Pour into 2 mugs and enjoy.

    So do you melt the cacao before blending then heat everything after it’s blended? Can we get more info please. I agree seems like more than one serve!

      I always use coco quench Sandra. Its a good one for a milk like texture. Just organic coconut milk, water, organic brown rice and sea salt. Otherwise I guess you could just use organic tinned coconut milk and filtered water to your desired consistency.
