Thick and Creamy Hot Chocolate

 0.25 cups soaked cashews
 6 Changing Habits Cacao Melts
 1 tsp vanilla essence
 3 cups coconut milk
 2 tsp Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar
 1 tsp maca powder, optional
 2 tsp Changing Habits Cinnamon

Place the coconut milk and cacao melts into a small saucepan and heat on low until the cacao melts have completely melted.

Now add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth, creamy and frothy. Taste the mixture and adjust the cinnamon or sweetness if desired.
