Tomato Chilli Sauce

A beautiful tomato chilli sauce that can be served with veggie chips, on top of homemade burgers or rissoles, added to spaghetti bolognaise and more.

 2x 400g tin or organic tomatoes
 2-4 cloves garlic, crushed
 1 red onion, roughly diced
 1/2 - 1 tsp Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
 1/2-1 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder
 1 stem rosemary
 2 tsp Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar
 1/2 tsp cumin powder
 A good dash of Apple Cider Vinegar
 Chilli powder or cayenne pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and simmer for 35-45 minutes, or until it has reduced and is thick.

Pour into a thermomix or blender and blitz until smooth.

Taste the mixture and adjust any of the flavours if needed.

Pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge.
