A beautiful tomato chilli sauce that can be served with veggie chips, on top of homemade burgers or rissoles, added to spaghetti bolognaise and more.
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and simmer for 35-45 minutes, or until it has reduced and is thick.
Pour into a thermomix or blender and blitz until smooth.
Taste the mixture and adjust any of the flavours if needed.
Pour into a glass jar and store in the fridge.
