Tomato Free Tangy Salsa

 1/2 red onion, finely diced
 1 cucumber, finely diced
 Juice of 1/2 lemon
 Juice of 1 lime
 1/2 - 1 red chilli, diced
 Changing Habits Seaweed Salt and cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
 A dash of apple cider vinegar
 1/2 bunch coriander, finely chopped (roots and leaves)

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.


Taste the mixture and add more salt to taste if needed.


Serve on top of tacos or seafood or enjoy it mixed through salads.
