Add all the ingredients into an oven dish, mix to combine. Place the lid onto the dish.
Put the dish in the oven and slow cook for 4 hours.
When it's ready, serve with rice or cauliflower rice or veggie puree and steamed veggies.

Great recipe! I made it with chicken and spiced it up a bit – delicious. Very easy to adapt to a Phase 2 meal if you are doing the 4PFEP.
