Turmeric Chicken Zoodle Soup

 1 onion, diced
 2 tomatoes, diced
 2 1/2 cups of chicken bone broth
 1 tbsp Changing Habits Naked Beef Broth
 1/2 - 1 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder
 Changing Habits Seaweed Salt and cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
 Juice of 1 lime
 1/2 tsp Changing Habits Ginger Powder
 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
 2 zucchinis (turn these into zoodles)
 300g chicken thigh, diced
 1/4 cup coriander root + the leaves for garnishing

Add the coconut oil or butter to a large saucepan on a medium heat and allow it to melt.


Add the onion and fry until fragrant and lightly golden brown.


Add the garlic, turmeric, salt, pepper and chicken and fry until the chicken has been sealed and is a light golden colour too.


Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a soft simmer. Simmer until the chicken is cooked through.


Taste the mixture and adjust any of the flavours if needed.


Pour into bowls, garnish with some coriander leaves and enjoy.
