Turmeric & Honey Chia Jelly Squares

A quick, easy and nourishing snack, and it's a great one to pop into lunch boxes.

 3 tbsp Changing Habits Gelatin mixed with 1 cup water (set aside to 'bloom' and thicken)
 1/4 cup lemon juice
 Cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
 Honey to taste
 1 tsp vanilla
 270ml (1 cup) coconut cream
 2 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder
 2 tbsp chia seeds

Once the gelatin has bloomed, add it + coconut cream, inflammation ease, vanilla, turmeric, pepper and chia seeds to a small saucepan. Heat on a low heat until the gelatin has completely dissolved.

Remove from the heat and stir in the honey to taste.

Line a container or square tin with baking paper.

Pour the mixture into the lined tin or container and place in the fridge to set.

Once it's ready, slice into squares.
