 1-3 Tbsp honey, or to taste
 1 cup cashews
 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
 Optional: 3-6 drops of lemon or orange food grade essential oil

Add all the dry ingredients into your Thermomix bowl. Blitz together for 30-40 seconds at Speed 10.

Now add the honey starting with 1 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp of coconut oil and re-blend at Speed 7 for 15-20 seconds.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl and taste the mixture, and add more honey and a touch more coconut oil if needed. Re-blend at Speed 7 for 15 seconds.

In a separate bowl add the additional 1/2 cup + 1 tsp of turmeric and mix it together.

Begin to roll the mixture into balls using your hands and place it in the bowl to be coated in the turmeric/ coconut mix.

Place the coated bliss ball onto a plate and continue rolling the rest of the mixture until it has all been used up.

Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
