 1 cup Changing Habits Shredded Coconut + extra for rolling the balls in
 1 cup sunflower seeds – activated
 1 1/2 cups Changing Habits Dates
 Pinch Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 2-3 tsp Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
 2 tsp Changing Habits Camu Camu Powder
 1 tsp ginger powder
 2 tsp vanilla essence
 Juice of half lemon and rind
 2 tbsp Changing Habits Coconut Oil

Add all the ingredients to a food processor or thermomix and blitz together to combine.


Scrape down the sides of the bowl and re-blend.


Taste and adjust any of the flavours if needed.


Roll the mixture into balls and then roll them all in coconut.


Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
