A great little nutritious plant based snack. Store in the refrigerator and remove 5 minutes before consuming.
Line a baking tray (approximately 6 inches x 10) with baking paper.
Place coconut yoghurt, cinnamon and maple syrup in a food processor and blitz for 10 seconds. Transfer into the tray and add the rest of the ingredients and spread them around evenly with the back of a spoon, if using frozen berries let them thaw a little to create the swirl.
Store in the freezer and remove 5 minutes before consuming, to soften slightly.
