Lemon, Garlic and Thyme Roasted Chicken Wings

Enjoy as an appetizer or alongside a salad. Also a great nibble plate for entertaining!

 12-15 organic chicken wings
 2 -3 onions, roughly chopped
 5-6 fresh thyme sprigs
 2 tbsp coconut oil
 Changing Habits Seaweed Salt to taste
 2 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder
 1/2 - 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder (depending on how strong you like it)
 2 tsp paprika powder
 1/2 tsp cracked Changing Habits Pepper
 1 lemon (juice & rind)

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Add all the spices, salt and pepper to a bowl and mix together with a fork.

Add all the chicken wings to a baking tray and pour the oil over the top of them.

Sprinkle the mixed spices over the chicken and use your hands to rub the oil and spices all over the chicken pieces.

Sprinkle the thyme, onion and lemon zest and ½ the lemon juice over the marinated chicken.

Place in the oven and cook until golden. The time will depend on your oven, however it should roughly be 20 minutes.

When ready, serve the chicken with a fresh salad, and drizzle the rest of the lemon over the top of the chicken and salad.
