A lovely snack that the whole family will enjoy!
Place the chicken wings in a bowl with the lemon juice and zest. Let sit for 30 minutes, occasionally stirring and rubbing the zest into the skin of the wings.
Preheat air-fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
Drain the wings from the excess lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Place the wings in the air-fryer and cook for 13 minutes on each side.
