A creamy and delicious combination of flavours! This smoothie is guaranteed to hit the spot.

Ingredients
 1 cup coconut milk (or your choice of milk)
 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
 1 frozen banana
 1/3 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
 1 tbsp LSA (Linseed, sunflower & almond meal)
 1 tsp Changing Habits Probiotics
 1 tsp honey or 2 Changing Habits Dates if you would like it slightly sweeter

Place all ingredients in a blender or Thermomix and blitz until completely smooth.
