 5 Changing Habits Dates, chopped
 Zest of 1 Orange
 1-2 tspChanging Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
1 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Changing Habits Chia Seeds
1/4 cups Changing Habits Coconut Oil, melted (use more if needed)
2 cups dried coconut, flaked or shredded
1 cup nuts, chopped (almonds, macadamias, pecans, hazelnuts etc) plain or mixed
 1/5 cups sunflower seeds
 1/5 cups pepita seeds
1/5 tsp Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
1/2 cups goji berries and other dried fruits of your choice (apricots, blueberries, cranberries etc)
Optional: raw honey or pure maple syrup to taste, 1- 1 ½ cups gluten free oats, Changing Habits Probiotics and Changing Habits Cacao Melts chopped (mixed through when slightly warm)
1

Preheat the oven to 160 Degrees Celcius and line 2 baking trays with baking paper

2

Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together to combine. Make sure everything is coated with the spices, zest and coconut oil. If you need a touch more coconut oil add a spoonful at a time until you reach your preference.

3

Spread the mixture out onto the baking trays evenly and place into the oven to bake until golden. This should be between 10-20 minutes depending on your oven.

4

Once ready, remove and allow to cool. If you want to add the probiotics, sprinkle 1-2 tsp over the top (when its still slightly warm) so it can stick to the muesli.

5

Once it has cooled completely you can stir through the chopped cacao melts if you choose to add them and then pour it all into a glass jar or container and store in a dark, cool pantry.

6

Serving suggestion: Serve with homemade almond milk, coconut or dairy milk, yoghurt or kefir with fresh fruit. You can even add this to slices or bliss balls if you feel like getting creative in the kitchen.
