Can you believe that winter is here already?! Boost the immune system and help to fight off those nasty winter bugs with this anti-inflammatory, warming, winter tonic. This can be made as a larger batch if you like - just combine all ingredients (apart from hot water) and store in an air-tight container and just add water when needed.

Ingredients
 1 tsp honey
 1 tbsp ginger peeled and diced finely or 1 tsp Changing Habits Ginger Powder
 1/2 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric
 cracked Changing Habits Pepper
 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
 juice of 1 lemon
 1 cup boiling water

Add all ingredients into a large cup. Let sit for 5 minutes.
