Anti-inflammatory Turmeric Macadamia Butter

This is a beautiful, nourishing and healthy savoury spread which is packed full of anti-inflammatory properties from the turmeric. You can have this on homemade seedy crackers, veggie sticks, on homemade bread as a topping or straight off the spoon!

 350g macadamias
 1-3 tbsp coconut oil
 1-2 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric
 A small pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 A small crack of Changing Habits Pepper
 Optional Add Ins: garlic, herbs such as thyme, rosemary, sage, Changing Habits Chilli Powder, dried Changing Habits Cumin Powder or Changing Habits Coriander Seed Powder etc.

Add all chosen ingredients to a quality food processor or thermomix and blitz until desired. Start with 1 Tbsp coconut oil and gradually add more if needed.

Taste the mixture and then adjust if needed.

Pour into an old re-cycled Changing Habits Coconut Oil jar
