Smoothies are a super easy way to get so much goodness into one glass. They are also so convenient for when you are short on time or for meals on the run.

 1 large frozen banana, chopped
 4-6 Changing Habits Cacao Melts
 2 tsp Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
 1/2 tsp Changing Habits Probiotics Changing Habits Probiotics
 2 Changing Habits Dates (optional)
 1 cup of milk (coconut, dairy, nut or seed milk)

Add all ingredients to a blender or thermomix and blend until smooth and creamy.
