The perfect snack and surprisingly easy to make!
Mix all ingredients (apart from the coconut oil and cacao buttons) in a bowl and mix well.
Transfer mixture into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
Press down firmly on the mixture with the back of a spoon to press in as much as possible.
Place in the freezer for approximately 1 hour.
Remove and cut into either small bars or bite sized pieces.
If you choose to drizzle with chocolate, heat a pot over a low heat.
Add coconut oil and cacao buttons and stir continuously until completely melted.
Drizzle the chocolate over the bars.
Store in the refrigerator.
