Green Apple, Ginger and Cucumber Smoothie

A yummy refreshing drink that is full of goodness!

 1 small cucumber
 1 green apple
 A knob sized piece of peeled ginger
 1 1/4 cup filtered water or coconut water
 1/2 cup Kultured Wellness coconut water kefir
 1/2 - 1 cup ice
 1 generous handful of spinach or kale
 1 stick of celery
 A generous handful of fresh mint or basil
 1-2 capfuls of Changing Habits Colloidal Minerals

Add all ingredients to a thermomix or quality blender and blitz until well combined, smooth and creamy.


Taste the smoothy and add more of any chosen ingredients to taste if needed.


Pour into glass jars and enjoy!
