Grain free, dairy free, gluten free & vegan! If your house doesn't smell like Christmas after baking this, I don't know what does!
Preheat oven to 125 degrees.
Combine all ingredients (except dried fruit) and desired optional spices thoroughly.
Roughly chop dried fruit to bite size, and set aside.
Spread evenly over 2 baking paper lined trays and place in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
At the 15 minute mark, separate and spread the mix around to make sure it cooks evenly.
Let cool before mixing the dried fruit through it.
Transfer to an air tight container.
Suggested Servings: Enjoy with homemade nut, seed or coconut milk, kefir, yoghurt or fresh seasonal fruit.
