Thai Fish Cakes

Quick and easy to make, this delicious snack will no doubt become a family favorite!

Ingredients
 1 chilli chopped
 1 shallot chopped
 1 stem lemon grass chopped
 1/3 cup coriander leaves and stems
 2 tsp Changing Habits Ginger Powder or fresh ginger chopped
 Changing Habits Seaweed Salt to taste
 cracked Changing Habits Pepper to taste
 1 tsp Changing Habits Cumin Powder
 2 tsp fish sauce
 juice and zest of 1 lime
 2 fillets of white fish
Sauce
 1 tsp fish sauce
 2 tsp tamari or coconut aminos
 juice of 1 lime
 1 chilli chopped finely
 2 tsp rapadura sugar
 1 tbsp shallot chopped

Preheat air-fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.

Place all fish cake ingredients apart from the fish into a food processor and blitz well.

Add the fish and blitz again for a few seconds, leaving the mixture a little chunky.

Roll the mixture into little balls.

Place in the air-fryer on baking paper and cook for 7 minutes on each side.

Sauce

Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.

Serve the fishcakes on a platter around the dressing.
