A meal in a coffee

 200ml of freshly brewed organic coffee
 2 Changing Habits Cacao Melts
 1 TBS ghee (clarified butter) or unsalted organic butter
 1 TBS Changing Habits Coconut Oil
 1 TBS fresh cashews – soaked overnight or a nut butter of your choice
 1 tsp of maleo (to taste)

Heat and blend well. If you have a Thermomix, heat to 80C and blend on high.


Enjoy a meal in a coffee.
