Homemade Nutella

A healthy version of Nutella that the whole family will love. Great as cake icing, smothered on pancakes, blended with milk to create a delicious milkshake - or just by the spoonful!

Ingredients
 100 g blanched hazelnuts
 1/2 cup filtered water
 1/3 cup Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar
 1/3 cup Changing Habits Cacao Powder
 Pinch Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Blitz the hazelnuts in a food processor until smooth.

Place 1/4 cup of water in a pan with the rapadura sugar and bring to a boil. Remove when the sugar has dissolved. Let cool.

Add the sugar and water into the processor with the hazelnuts, cacao powder, salt and coconut oil. Blitz until completely smooth while gradually adding more of the water until you reach the desired consistency (this make take around 10 minutes).
