Raspberry Panna Cotta

Such a simple, quick, nourishing and healthy recipe!

 2 3/4 cups liquid - milk, cream or Kultured Wellness coconut cream kefir (loaded with beneficial probiotics)
 3-4 tsp Changing Habits Gelatin
 1/4 cup filtered water
 1 cup raspberries
 1-2 Tbsp raw honey

Add the water and gelatin to a small bowl and combine and allow the mixture to bloom and gel.


Add the gelatin and water mixture plus milk to a small saucepan and heat on low to medium heat to dissolve, stir through to combine.


Add all ingredients to a good quality blender or thermomix and blitz until smooth, creamy and lump free.


Pour into a large glass jar and place in the fridge to set.


Once set scoop into bowl and top with additional raspberries, berries, chopped mango, papaya, passionfruit or whatever you desire.
