DAY 1

DAY 2
Welcome to Day 2 of the Kickstart Challenge. In this video Monica will guide you through all thing’s food, as well as your Allowed Foods List and meal planning throughout the challenge.
DAY 3
It’s Day 3 and from today you can start eating from your Allowed Foods List. Monica will also breakdown recognising bad habits and how these habits form.
DAY 4
Day 4 is all about how your body and mind are feeling as you progress through this challenge. In this video Monica will go through some common detox symptoms and also some mind battles that come up when shifting your habits.
DAY 5
It is Day 5, and you are halfway there! Today Monica will dive into curbing cravings and breaking down the process of a craving so you can begin to develop an action plan for when those cravings hit.
DAY 6
Welcome to Day 6 of the challenge. Goal setting and visualisation are such an important part of positive change and in this challenge. In this video Monica will be guiding you through these topics in more detail.
DAY 7
Day 7 explores motivation and fats. Monica will explain the science behind including fats in a program like the Kickstart Challenge, as well as what part motivation plays and how it looks for everyone on this journey.
DAY 8
It is Day 8 and today Monica will address some common mind battles that you may face during this challenge. Recognising mind battles like negative thoughts is an important part of moving forward and succeeding with any new routine.
DAY 9
Day 9 is all about a pantry cleanout. It’s now time to take a moment to go through your pantries and read the ingredient labels. Monica discusses the importance of a good declutter to make room for real food items.
DAY 10
You made it to Day 10! Today is all about celebrating all that you have achieved during this 10 Day Challenge. Congratulations from Monica and the team. It’s time to reward yourself.
