I could just say it is definitely THE BEST THING I’VE EVER DONE or WISH I DID IT YEARS AGO (and my advice to you is JUST DO IT) – that would pretty much sum everything up nicely… or I could say that last year I had a gym buddy and we went every weekday for over 6 months (and I was running on a treadmill most days too) and whilst I saw results – I didn’t see the results I’ve seen in the last 5 weeks!!
Wow – the key really is mostly about what I eat, not the amount of exercise I do. “You are what you eat” is SO TRUE!
So I’ll add some of the benefits I now enjoy after 5 weeks on the protocol (which were already becoming obvious after only 2 weeks into it):
I’ve lost a massive 10kg in just 5 weeks – I had given up on weighing less than 90kg and now weigh 86 (down from 96). THATS HUGE! In fact, I’m looking forward to doing it again in a couple of months and I’ll get down to 75, which is simply UNBELIEVABLE… as in 75kg was NOT POSSIBLE in my mind a couple of months ago, especially given how easy and QUICK this was. I remember walking Luie (the dog we look after, we are full time house sitters) halfway into P2 feeling absolutely wonderful – lean, energised, clear headed and light, and I thought to myself “if someone had told me I’d lose 5 kilos and feel this good in just 2 weeks and I KNEW it was definitely going to happen, I’d happily pay $1,000 for it – and be totally grateful for it”.
I’ve lost all the puffiness around my face and eyes (which I didn’t even know I had), and literally every day, and everywhere I go, people I know (especially cafe owners and Baristas who I haven’t seen for a couple of weeks) are commenting “Wow John, you look AMAZING!” and “You’ll need to buy new clothes!”, which is definitely very satisfying to hear. Someone I know even called across the street to me “Hey John! Looking GOOD!” – I heard later she had first asked my other friends “who’s that? That’s John?? No way!”
I’ve got way more freedom of movement around my neck and shoulders, which were always ‘sore and tight’, and like I said, even walking feels 100% lighter and easier. It’s very clear to me, now, that I’ve lost lots of chronic inflammation that has been around for years and years, that I’ve just been living with unaware of it. Paying for massages and spending time and working hard at the gym (definitely not loving it) that never did much, when all the time it was what I was EATING!
The protocol makes sense, absolutely works, and is the quickest and easiest way to lose weight and feel amazing, hands down no doubt. I want my parents and family to do it, and my tip is to do it 100% spot on – which is really easy once you KNOW it works – which is why I’m sharing this.
