Real Fruit Gummies

Yummy, gut-loving gummies made with our organic Gelatin - so easy and fun to make! You can adjust the amount of sugar depending on your taste.

Ingredients
Orange
 2 & 1/2 tbsp Changing Habits Gelatin
 1/4 cup filtered water
 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
 1 tbsp Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar
 1/2 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric
Strawberry
 2 & 1/2 tbsp Changing Habits Gelatin
 1/4 cup filtered water
 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen and thawed)
 1/2 cup coconut water
 1 tbsp Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar
Mixed berry
 2 & 1/2 tbsp Changing Habits Gelatin
 1/4 cup filtered water
 1 cup mixed berries (we used blueberries, blackberries and raspberries) fresh of frozen and thawed
 1/2 cup coconut water
 2 tbsp Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar
Directions
Orange

Place 2 & 1/2 tbsp of gelatin in a small bowl or glass and pour the water over the top. Set aside to bloom (thicken) for 5 minutes.

Pour the orange juice through a sieve (to remove any pulp) into a pot over a low heat, add the rapadura sugar and turmeric and stir until the sugar dissolves.

Remove the pot from heat and stir through the bloomed gelatin while it is still slightly warm. Stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved.

Using a teaspoon, spoon the mixture into moulds of your choice.

Place in the fridge to set for 30+ minutes.

Strawberry

Place 2 & 1/2 tbsp of gelatin in a small bowl or glass and pour the water over the top. Set aside to bloom for 5 minutes.

Place the strawberries and coconut water in a food processor or Thermomix and blitz on a high speed for 20 seconds.

Pour the strawberry mixture through a sieve into a pot over a low heat, add the rapadura sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.

Remove the pot from heat and stir through the bloomed gelatin while it is still slightly warm. Stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved.

Using a teaspoon, spoon the mixture into moulds of your choice.

Remove from the moulds and store in an air-tight glass container in the fridge.

** The three of these recipes combined should make approximately 120 snakes in total (if using the snake moulds), however, this can vary slightly as liquid can evaporate when heated so try not to leave on the heat for too long.
