 4 Changing Habits Dates
 1 banana
 1 cup organic almond milk
 1 tbsp Changing Habits Chia Seeds
 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
 1 tbsp almond spread
 1 tbsp Changing Habits Cacao Powder

Add the chia seeds to the almond milk and set aside for 10 minutes.


Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
