Omega and Protein Smack Smoothie

This is a wonderful, quick and easy healthy smoothie packed full of goodness!

  1 cup organic coconut milk
 3 tbsp Changing Habits Inca Inchi Powder
 2 tbsp Changing Habits Inca Inchi Oil
 1 Apple (frozen)
 2 tbsp almonds (activated or soaked)
 2 tbsp shredded coconut
 1 tsp Changing Habits Cinnamon
 1 vanilla bean, scraped
 A pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 Honey, pure maple syrup or Changing Habits Maleo to taste

Roughly chop the frozen apple (if it's frozen you won't need ice), and add all ingredients to a blender or thermomix.


Blend until desired consistency.


Serve and enjoy!
