At Changing Habits we are taking the rising threat of COVID-19 extremely seriously. We believe it is our moral responsibility to do everything we can to support our nation during this extremely difficult time and are trying our best to help our community protect themselves as much as possible.
Australia parcel delivery & COVID-19 precautions.
We would like to reassure you that we are taking extra precautions in regards to safe, contact-free delivery during this worrying time. Australia Post will knock on your door, stand back, confirm delivery and then sign on your behalf.
At present all parcel deliveries are leaving our warehouse within the usual time however Australia Post is seeing excessive demand and have limited availability with air freight so delivery delays are occurring particularly with deliveries to rural and remote locations. We use Australia Post to ship your items and all Australia Post depots and hubs are working as normal. Due to the limitations set in place because of COVID-19 and demand, there are delays with Australian deliveries. We will keep you updated if we experience any further delays and will try to deliver your products as soon as we can.
International parcel delivery.
At present all parcel deliveries continue as normal. There is however significant delays to international customers. In some cases delivery time frames have been extended up to three weeks longer. We will keep you updated if we experience any more significant delays and will try to deliver your products as soon as we can.
Click and Collect.
For the safety of our team Click and Collect orders have been temporarily suspended. We will let you know if anything changes in this regard.
To continue to provide the best possible service and to protect the team the office hours will temporarily change to:
Mon: 8:30am to 4pm
Tues: 8:30am to 4pm
Wed: 8:30am to 4pm
Thurs: 8:30am to 4pm
At present we have some items out of stock however we have these items in transit to the warehouse with deliveries coming every week. We offer a wait-list option for out of stock products on the website which will notify you via email once the product is back in stock. Our current supply chain is still robust and we remain largely unaffected. As always, we will keep you updated if this situation changes.
Our in-house precautions and safety measures.
Our top priority is the health of our customers and employees, and it is important to us that we continue to make high impact nutrition to help protect the nation’s immunity. In order to do this, we have implemented the following measures;
- Any team member with coronavirus symptoms will be required to self-isolate at home (we currently do not have any cases)
- Hand Sanitiser is available for all team members and we have reiterated hand washing protocols along with anti-viral cleaners for all work
- All team members are using private transport and no car pooling is allowed along with the use of public transport.
- All external meetings and non-essential business travel has been postponed.
- All visitor appointments to site have been postponed.
- All of the team are taking their Changing Habits products to help protect their immunity!
