Yields3 ServingsDifficultyBeginner
1/3 stalk of fresh Lemon Grass cut into 2.5 cm lengths
1 knob of gresh ginger - sliced
 1 tsp licorice root
3 cups of boiled filtered water
1

Place the lemon grass, ginger and licorice root into a large tea pot, pour the just boiled water into the pot and allow to steep a good 5 to 10 minutes.

2

Pour into cups through a strainer and enjoy.

I find that I can, continue to use this amount of lemon grass, ginger and licorice root for another 2 fills of the tea pot, so I’ll fill it again and drink it through the day cold or the next evening fill for another hot cup of tea.
