Salted Cacao and Peanut Butter Fudge

These little squares are a beautifully decadent treat packed with real food goodness.

Ingredients
 1 cup peanut butter
 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
 2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan.

Cook on a low heat, stirring continuously until the cacao buttons have completely melted and all the ingredients are mixed together well.

Pour into a container lined with baking paper and place in the freezer to set.

Once set, slice into small squares and store in the freezer.

    Can I use cacao melts as a substitute?

      Hi Aprill. Cacao melts should work well in this recipe, it just won’t be as sweet. But, the honey and peanut butter should balance that out nicely. Happy experimenting! 🙂
