A simple, quick and nourishing snack you can enjoy anytime! Gelatin has many benefits. It promotes healthy skin, hair and nails, prevents cellulite and wrinkles, aids the body's liver detoxification, digestion and gut health, adrenals, hormone balance, wound repair and also helps to decrease inflammation + much more!

Yields1 ServingDifficultyBeginner
3 tbsp Changing Habits Gelatin (add 1/2 - 1Tbsp more if you like your jelly extra firm)
1 cup hot filtered water or herbal tea of your choice (with chunks of ginger left to soak in it for as long as your like- I left mine overnight so the ginger was quite potent)
2 cups hot water, herbal tea or coconut water
A few stevia drops to taste
 Juice of 1 lemon
1

Mix the gelatin with the cooled ginger liquid (make sure it is not warm).

2

Mix together all other ingredients and stir until the gelatin is dissolved. If you are adding any of the optional add ins for their immune boosting properties, stir these in now.

3

Pour into a bow or glass container and place in the fridge to set.

4

Once set eat from the bowl or slice into squares and store in the fridge.

Is there any chance you could use honey in this recipe instead of the stevia drops?
