People often don't want this smoothie to end... it's THAT kind to the taste buds!

Yields1 ServingDifficultyBeginner
 Homemade vanilla essence to taste
 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 1/2 Banana
 1/2 cup Organic frozen blueberries
 1/2 tsp Honey
1/2 cup Mix of fresh organic coriander and parsley (or one or the other)
 1/4 cup Coconut cream
1/2 cup Water (or 3/4 cup of your preferred milk)
 1/2 cup Ice
The banana, blueberries, coconut cream, water and ice make the smooth consistency, and the further nutritional boosters are simply to your benefit to make the most NUTRITIONAL smoothie for your immune system.
1

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender until smooth. If you are unsure whether your blender ensures nutrients arenÂ’'t partly destroyed when blended, I suggest adding the Camu Camu and Probiotics last as these are the most heat sensitive.

2

Pour into glasses and serve.
