When you become an Ambassador, we’ll ask you to film videos about your Changing Habits experiences. So, we want to see how you film! To finish your application, please record a sample video of yourself answering just ONE of the following three questions.
1. Why do you love Changing Habits?
2. What does ‘real food’ mean to you?
3. What’s your favourite Changing Habit product and why?
It’s your choice which question you answer and your video should be no more than five minutes – it can be 30 seconds if you like, it’s up to you! You can film using your mobile phone, tablet, computer or video camera. Note: If you record your video on your mobile phone or tablet, most of these devices have the ability to email the video direct. This makes it easier and quicker than having to upload to a laptop or desktop.
Here are some tips when filming your video:
- Take a horizontal video (not portrait/vertical)
- Film from the waist or chest up
- Film in a room with bright, natural daylight

Please note video must be mp4, avi or mov. Maximum file size to be no larger than 500mb and please limit resolution to 1080p or 720p.
