Choc Banana and Avocado Mousse Dip

This is such a yummy treat to dip your fruit into.

 1 ripe avocado
 1 banana
 1 vanilla pod, scraped
 Honey or Homemade Maleo to taste

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blitz until very smooth and creamy.

Serve with chopped pieces of seasonal fruit, on top of pancakes, mixed through some Homemade yoghurt or freeze to make a creamy ice-cream.
