Pear Crisp Crumble

This is such a quick, beautiful dessert/treat to make for you and your family!

Filling Ingredients
 6 pears
 2cm fresh ginger grated
 1/4 tsp ground cloves
Crisp Ingredients
 1 1/2 cups almond meal
 1/4 cup chia seeds
 1/4 cup shredded coconut
 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
 1/2 cup raw almonds, chopped
 1/4 cup Sultanas (or any dried fruit of your liking)
Filling Method
1

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Throw into the thermomix or food processor, and chop to medium chunks.

Place into large baking dish.

Crisp Method

Place all ingredients into thermomix or food processor and chop to muesli size.

5

Spread over the filling and cook for 20 minutes.

6

Turn oven off and let it sit for 10 minutes to cool slightly.

7

Serve with homemade yoghurt, kefir, ice-cream, fresh seasonal fruit or whipped cream.
