Make your own gluten free flour mix. This is much more economical and it is made without soy flour.

Ingredients
Standard Ingredients
1 cup of fine ground maize flour
2 cups of brown rice flour
1 cup besan flour (chickpea)
1 cup quinoa flour
2 cups potato flour
2 cups of arrowroot or coconut flour
Thermomix Ingredients
100 gms popcorn (unpopped)
200gms brown rice
100gms whole chickpeas
100gms whole quinoa
200gms potato flour
200gms arrowroot/coconut flour
Directions
Standard Method
1 Place all ingredients in an airtight container and mix thoroughly (You may need to sift this flour for some recipes)
Thermomix Method
2 Place popcorn, rice, chickpeas and quinoa in the TM bowl
3 Grind on speed 10 for 2 minutes.
4 Add potato and coconut/arrowroot flour and mix for a further 30 seconds on speed 6
5 Place in an airtight container in a dark pantry.
