 1 cup of parsley
 2 large in season apples
 1/2 a lemon
 Optional Add Ins: Changing Habits Camu Camu, Changing Habits Probiotics, Changing Habits Colloidal Minerals

Peal the lemon and juice all of the ingredients in a cold pressed juicer or use your Thermomix.

Pour into glasses and serve with ice.
