Cheeky Chicken Meatballs

Yields1 Serving
 2 Spring Onions
 2 Knobs of ginger (roughly the size of your thumb)
 1 Red Chilli (to your preferred level of heat)
 3 Cloves of garlic
 1 cup Corriander
 2 tbsp Fresh squeezed lime juice
 500 g Organic Chicken Breast
 1 dash Changing Habits seaweed Salt
 1 dash Changing Habits black pepper

Combine all ingredients into Thermomix or food processor. (Dice chicken for ease of mixing)
Blend until all ingredients are well mixed and consistency is relatively smooth
Spoon mixture into the palm of your hand and roll until desired meatball shape
Place on tray lined with baking paper
Place in oven at 180 degree heat for approximately 35 minutes, the edges of the meatballs will start to brown up
Serve with cauliflower rice and home made pesto
