Cinnamon and Macadamia Nut Butter

So many uses for this amazing tasting nut butter! Great to serve on top of homemade pancakes, homemade toasted bread, seedy crackers, on top of chopped fruit (bananas, pears or apples), on top of chocolate cakes, muffins, slices or brownies, chia puddings, ice-cream.

 350g macadamias
 1-3 tbsp coconut oil
 A small pinch of Changing Habits Seaweed Salt
 1-2 tsp vanilla powder or essence
 Optional Add Ins: Changing Habits Cacao Melts,, shredded coconut, honey or pure maple syrup to taste, orange zest etc.

Add all chosen ingredients to a quality food processor or thermomix and blitz until desired. Start with 1 Tbsp coconut oil and gradually add more if needed.

Taste the mixture and then adjust if needed.

Pour into an old re-cycled Changing Habits Coconut Oil jar and store in the fridge.
