Flourless Choc Chip Cookies - so easy the kids can make them...so tasty everyone will want to eat them!

Yields12 Servings
 225 g Cashew Spread/butter
 225 g Peanut Butter
 2 Organic Eggs
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
 3/4 cup roughly chopped Changing Habits Cacao buttons
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup

Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well with fingers.

Line a tray with baking paper and spoon the mixture onto the tray, pressing into cookie shapes with wet fingers.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and transfer onto a wire rack to cool.
