Macadamia and Vanilla Filled Chocolates

These are a great bite-sized way to get your chocolate fix.

Yields1 Serving
 2-3 Tbsp honey
 2 Tbsp coconut oil
 1/4 cup macadamia nut butter
 Vanilla essence
Stove Top Method

In a small saucepan on low heat melt the Cacao melts and Coconut oil and stir until melted and combined.

Remove from the heat and mix through honey and salt.

Get your moulds ready and spoon in 1-2 tsp of the chocolate mix into each mould (until its 1/3 full) then place in the freezer to set.

Now mix together the macadamia nut butter and vanilla together.

Once the chocolate moulds have set, remove from the freezer and spoon vanilla/ macadamia butter on top until its 3/4 full and return to the freezer until set.

Once the macadamia layer has set, spoon chocolate over the top and return to the freezer to set the remaining layer. Repeat these steps until all of the chocolate and macadamia nut butter has been used up.

Once set, remove from the moulds and enjoy!

Thermomix Method

Place cacao melts in the bowl and grind for 10 seconds, Speed 5, scrape down sides and lid.

Add coconut oil and salt and mix for 4 seconds on Speed 4.

Cook at 37C Speed 3 for 20 minutes.

Now mix in the honey until combined.
