A delicious, nutritious and radiant smoothie that will help give your immune system a good boost!

 1 cup filtered water
 2 carrots (peeled)
 1/2 cup mango (frozen or fresh)

Peel the carrots and place all ingredients into a blender or Thermomix and blitz until smooth. If it is too thick, add more water until you reach the desired consistency.

Serve with ice in the warmer months.
