Peel the carrots and place all ingredients into a blender or Thermomix and blitz until smooth. If it is too thick, add more water until you reach the desired consistency.
Serve with ice in the warmer months.
Think it would be awesome if the ingredients were measured in grams especially when owning a thermo, still love the recipes. ☺️
